Enable the Indeed Feed
To activate the Indeed XML feed, follow these steps:
Log into the admin area of your Access Volcanic website.
Click the Settings tab in the top-right corner.
Select Site from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the Jobs section.
Look for the checkbox labelled Indeed feed.
If it's not already selected, tick the checkbox and click the blue Submit button.
Access the Indeed Feed Link
After enabling the feed:
A clickable link labelled available here will appear on the same settings page.
Or, use the direct feed format:
[yourdomain]/api/v1/jobs/indeed.xml

Provide XML feed to Indeed
Once your XML feed is live, contact Indeed directly to provide them your XML Feed. generating your job data, you will need to provide this directly to Indeed.

These are the mapped fields used in the Indeed XML feed. Although not all fields are required, blank values will still be included. These fields cannot be modified.

Exclude Internal Jobs
To prevent internal vacancies from being included in the Indeed feed:
Login to Volcanic as an admin.
Click the Settings tab at the top.
Click Site (under the Site heading)
Locate the Jobs section.
Click the checkbox to exclude internal jobs from the feed.
Click the Submit button to save.
This ensures that only public-facing roles appear on Indeed.

Answer: The feed updates daily, but Indeed's processing time may vary.
Q2: Why aren't my jobs showing on Indeed?
Answer: Confirm the feed is enabled, integration is complete, and 48 hours have passed.

Answer: No, the Indeed feed uses a shared, standardised template and can't be edited individually. However, you can request a custom XML feed tailored to your needs.
