The email address registered to your account.
Approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete the process.
Any current work saved as you'll need to log in again after migration.
â ď¸ Important: This is a mandatory upgrade that cannot be skipped or postponed. The migration popup appears on every login attempt until you complete the process.
Understanding the login changes
This section explains how your login process will change after migration.
Current login process
You currently log into the Admin Area using your email address and password.
Each Access Attract (aka Volcanic) website has separate login credentials and password management is handled within the platform.
New login process after migration
After completing the migration, you'll log in using your Access Evo account. This provides Single Sign-On across all sites and products within your organisation.
One Access Evo account provides access to all Access Attract (aka Volcanic) websites under your organisation and password management is handled by the Access Evo platform.
đ Note: Your original email and password credentials will no longer work after you complete the migration.
Completing the migration
Follow these steps when you encounter the migration process on your next login.
Step 1: Starting the migration
Go to your usual Admin Area login page.
Enter your current email and password.
Click Sign In.
A migration popup appears with a Create Access Evo account button.

â ď¸ Important: You cannot close or skip this popup. You must complete the migration to access your Admin Area.
Step 2: Creating your Access Evo account
Click Create Access Evo account.
Select It's my first time signing in to Access Evo when redirected to the Access Evo platform.
đ Note: If you already have an Access Evo account from other Access products, select the appropriate option and use your existing Access Evo password.
Step 3: Verifying your email address
Click Get a code.
Check your email for the verification code.
Enter the code in the verification screen.
Click to confirm the code.
If you don't receive the code within 5 minutes, you can request another.
đ¤ Tip: Check your spam folder if you don't see the verification email in your inbox.
Step 4: Creating your new password
Enter a new password for your Access Evo account.
Confirm the password meets Access Evo security requirements.
Click to save your new password.
â ď¸ Important: This is a new password for your Access Evo account and is not the same as your old Admin Area password.
Step 5: Completing the migration
Once you create your Access Evo password, the system automatically redirects you back to your Admin Area.
You're now logged in with your new Access Evo credentials and you'll see an Access Button in the top left corner of your dashboard.

Logging in after migration
This section explains how to log in to your Admin Area after completing the migration.
Using email and password

Enter your email address.
Enter your new Access Evo password.
Click Sign In.
Using Access Identity SSO
Go to your Admin Area login page.
Click Sign In with Access Identity.
Enter your Access Evo password.
Click Sign In.
Managing multiple sites
This section explains how migration works when you manage multiple Access Volcanic sites.
Sites within the same organisation
If all your Access Volcanic sites belong to the same organisation, you complete the migration once. One Access Evo account covers all Admin Area instances within the same organisation, and you use one password for all sites.
Sites in different organisations
If you manage sites in different organisations, you need to create separate Access Evo accounts for each organisation. Different passwords may be required for each organisation. The system determines which organisation based on the Admin Area URL you used to log in.
đ Note: You'll see the migration process for each organisation separately when you log in to each one.
Using existing Access Evo accounts
If you already have an Access Evo account from other Access products, you don't need to create a new one.
Start the migration process from Step 1 above.
Select the option for existing Access Evo users when redirected.
Use your existing Access Evo password to complete the migration.
Your existing Access Evo account will now also provide access to your Admin Area.
Best practices
Save any work in progress before starting the migration process.
Contact your organisation administrator immediately if you lose access to your registered email.
Remember that your old Admin Area password will not work after migration.
đ Note: If you need to reset your Access Evo password, use the password reset option on the Access Evo login page, not the Admin Area.
FAQs
Q1: Can I postpone the migration?
Answer: No, you cannot postpone the migration. The migration popup appears on every login attempt and cannot be closed. You must complete the migration to access your Admin Area.
Q2: What happens to my old password?
Answer: Your old Admin Area password becomes invalid immediately after you create your Access Evo account. You must use your new Access Evo password for all future logins.
Q3: Can I go back to the old login method?
Answer: No, this is a permanent one way migration. Once completed, only Access Evo authentication works and you cannot revert to the old login method.
Q4: How long does the migration take?
Answer: The migration typically takes 5 to 10 minutes, assuming you have access to your email and no technical issues occur.
Q5: What if I don't have access to my email?
Answer: Email access is required to complete the migration. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact your organisation administrator to create a new admin account with your current email address.
Q6: Will I be logged out of my current session?
Answer: Session management is handled by Access Evo. You should save any work in progress before beginning the migration to avoid losing unsaved changes.
Q7: Do I need different passwords for different organisations?
Answer: If you manage sites in different organisations, you need separate Access Evo accounts for each organisation. Different passwords may be required for each depending on organisation security settings.
Q8: What if I already use Access Evo for other products?
Answer: You don't need to create a new Access Evo account. Simply use your existing Access Evo password to complete the migration and your existing account will also provide access to your Admin Area.
Q9: What if the verification code doesn't arrive?
Answer: Check your spam folder first. If the code still doesn't arrive after 5 minutes, you can request a new code. If problems persist, contact Support for assistance.
Q10: Can other people in my organisation complete the migration for me?
Answer: No, each user must complete the migration individually. The process is tied to your specific email address and account credentials.
Q11: What if I forget my new Access Evo password?
Answer: Use the password reset option on the Access Evo login page to reset your password. You cannot use the old Admin Area password reset process.
