Welcome to the April 2026 release of Access Attract Evo. This release transforms how you manage your recruitment website, moving you from manual reporting to proactive, data-driven decision-making. You'll find new tools to monitor site health, understand candidate behaviour, act on performance alerts in real time, and navigate seamlessly across Access products — all within a single connected experience.
⚠️ Important: Access Identity Migration is mandatory for all CMS admin users and must be completed before you can access other features in this release. See the Access Identity Migration section below for details.

What's new
This release introduces seven updates:
Access Identity migration
All CMS admin users must migrate from email and password login to Access Evo authentication. This is a mandatory, permanent, one-way change. The migration popup appears automatically on your next login attempt and cannot be closed or skipped. The process takes approximately five to ten minutes, and you will need access to your registered email address to complete it.

Access Button
Once you have completed Access Identity Migration, the Access Button appears in the top-left corner of your Access Attract Evo workspace. It gives you a single point of access to all connected Access products within your organisation, so you can switch between them without re-authenticating.

Changes to invite new admins
Admin user management has moved from the Volcanic CMS to Access Evo. Inviting new admin users and managing roles and permissions is now done centrally from the Members area in the Access Evo dashboard, giving you a single place to manage your team's access across products.

Access Feed
Access Feed delivers automated, proactive alerts directly in your Access Attract Evo workspace, so you can identify underperforming jobs, monitor application volume, and flag candidate search failures without manually checking multiple areas of the platform. No configuration is required — Access Feed is automatically available to all customers with Access Evo.
Alert types in this release include:
Zero Application Alert: Triggers when a job has received no applications within 48 hours of going live or being republished.
Weekly Application Summary: Sent every Monday morning, showing total applications received in the previous week.
Job Expiration Alerts: A daily alert for jobs expiring in the next 24 hours, and a weekly alert every Sunday for jobs expiring in the coming seven days.
Daily Traffic Performance Alert: Sent each morning, showing the previous day's top traffic sources ranked by conversion rate.
Critical Failed Search Alert: Generated daily, identifying searches where candidates received no results or very few results, and showing the exact search terms used.

Web Performance Dashboard
The Web Performance Dashboard gives you a unified view of your recruitment performance, combining website traffic and job performance data in one place.
Use it to understand how candidates move through your site, identify where drop-off is happening, and compare which channels are driving the most valuable applications. All without exporting data or building manual reports.
The dashboard includes:
Application volume and candidate journey data from job view to application.
Application volume broken down by traffic source.
Job posting performance rankings, showing which jobs are driving traffic and which are underperforming.
Application rates by role type.
Desktop versus mobile engagement comparison.
High bounce rate pages.
Geographic recruitment activity by region.
Consultant performance rankings by applications and jobs live.
Data can be exported, and underlying data tables can be viewed directly. For more tailored reporting, you can build custom reports using Data Engine.

Attract Copilot
Copilot is an AI assistant embedded directly in the Access Attract Evo workspace. Ask questions in plain language and receive instant answers without leaving your workflow, no analytics training required.
Copilot includes specialist skills covering Analytics, SEO, industry knowledge, platform help, document retrieval, and web search, so you can get focused, relevant answers for the right task every time.

PulseCheck
PulseCheck shows you how healthy your careers site is. It generates an overall health score alongside individual scores for four audit categories: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO. Each with plain-English explanations and prioritised recommendations you can act on without developer experience.
Within the Performance category, PulseCheck surfaces Core Web Vitals metrics including Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS), and Total Blocking Time (TBT), helping you identify and prioritise the changes that will have the biggest impact on candidate experience.

How to access this update
This release goes live on April 2026. Features are rolling out progressively, so not all customers will receive access at the same time. If you cannot yet see the new features in your workspace, they will be made available to you as part of the phased rollout.

Q1: Is Access Identity Migration mandatory?
Answer: Yes. Access Identity Migration is mandatory for all CMS admin users and cannot be postponed or skipped. The migration popup appears automatically on your next login attempt and cannot be dismissed.
Q2: What if I cannot access my registered email address?
Answer: Without access to your registered email, you will be unable to complete migration and will be blocked from logging in. Contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager immediately so they can arrange a new admin account.
Q3: Why can't I see the new features yet?
Answer: Features are rolling out progressively from March 2026, so not all customers receive access at the same time. Contact your Account Manager if you have questions about when access will be available to you.
Q4: How quickly does the Zero Application Alert trigger?
Answer: The Zero Application Alert triggers when a job has received no applications within 48 hours of going live or being republished, so you can take action early rather than discovering the issue weeks later.
Q5: Do I need analytics training to use Copilot?
Answer: No. Copilot is designed to be conversational. Ask questions in plain language and receive clear, actionable answers without any analytics expertise.
