📌 Note: If you would like to add Feeds as a pinned app to your personal Space (dashboard) for quicker daily access, you will need to use the Add App feature within Spaces. Refer to the Spaces help guide for steps on adding apps to a Space.
Using Feeds
You can reach Feeds in two ways.
Click the Access dropdown button in the top-left corner of your screen.
Click Feed.
View the list of feeds available to you.

Alternatively:
If you have added Feeds as an app to your personal Space, you can access it directly from your dashboard without navigating through the Products menu.

Your daily Feeds
Feeds is designed to be the first thing you check when you log in. Here is the recommended approach:
Log in to Access Attract Evo.
Open Feeds using either access route described above.
Review the panel for any jobs that are about to expire on your website.
Check for any jobs that have received zero applications within the past 48 hours.
Review any daily traffic performance updates.
Action any issues you identify directly from the Feeds view — no need to navigate to separate reports.

📌 Note: The Feeds panel allows you to act on alerts immediately from within the view, without leaving the screen to visit separate dashboards or reports.
🤓 Tip: Each feed includes hyperlinks, linked to the relevant job, application, or page in your site. Click those to help you complete quick actions.
Understanding your Feeds
The following alert types are available within your Feeds panel, each giving you a different view of your jobs and website performance.
Available feed types
The following alert types appear within your Feeds panel:
Feed type | What it shows |
Expiring Jobs Feed | Alerts for jobs that are about to expire on your website |
Zero Applications Feed | Alerts for jobs that have received no applications within 48 hours of posting |
Weekly Applications Summary | A weekly summary of application activity across your jobs |
Daily Traffic Performance | A daily report on website visitor traffic |

Consolidated view

Essential feeds
The Essential view helps pinpoint the most important updates you need. Pinned at the top so it's the first thing you see when you glance at your feeds.

Best practices
Use these recommendations to get the most out of Feeds each day.
Make Feeds your morning starting point: Opening the Feeds panel first thing each day. This means you can identify and address any urgent issues, such as expiring jobs or roles with no applicants, before they become bigger problems.
Act directly from Feeds: Where possible, address issues identified in the Feeds panel immediately rather than adding them to a to-do list. Feeds is built for real-time action.
Pin Feeds to your Space: If you check Feeds daily, adding it as an app to your personal Space reduces the number of clicks needed to access it each session.
Use the Zero Applications Feed proactively: If a job triggers this alert, consider reviewing the listing, updating the job details, or promoting it through additional channels to improve candidate attraction.
📌 Note: See our Evo Feed user guide to learn more about the abilities of your feed.
