Access the Help Centre

  • Navigate to the Help Centre homepage

  • Find the link in our articles or via the Digital Assistant in your admin dashboard

Search for articles

Using the search bar

Browse by category

Locate the search bar at the top of the Help Centre homepage

  1. Type a few relevant keywords (for example, jobs or adding pages)

  2. Watch as the Help Centre shows the most relevant articles as you type

  3. Click on an article title to open it

From the Help Centre homepage, browse the available categories

  1. Click on a category that matches your needs

  2. Select the specific article you want to read

Once you open an article, you'll find:

  1. Click the blue chat bubble to find the Access Digital Assistant

  2. The assistant is available throughout the Help Centre for additional support
