Using the admin area assistant

Use the admin area assistant when you're logged into your admin area and need help while working on your site. This assistant offers enhanced features and direct access to human support based on your Customer Success Plan.

How to access the admin area assistant

  1. Log into your admin area.

  2. Click the blue Access Digital Assistant icon in the bottom right corner.

  3. Click Send us a message to begin.

  4. Select the relevant option based on your topic or what you need help with (such as I have a question).

Getting help from the admin area assistant

  1. Type your question in the free text box and send it to your Access Digital Assistant.

  2. Review the AI-powered answer based on our knowledge base.

  3. Choose your next step:

    • Type That helped if your question is resolved.

    • Type Talk to a person to escalate to human support.

  4. Provide feedback when prompted to help us improve the experience.

Use the Help Centre assistant when you're browsing our help articles or need help but don't have access to your admin area. This assistant is available to all customers regardless of support plan.

How to access the Help Centre assistant

  1. Look for the blue chat bubble in the bottom corner of any Help Centre page.

  2. Click the blue chat bubble to open the assistant.

  3. Click Send us a message to begin.

  4. Enter your email address when prompted.

  5. Select I have a question or another relevant option.

Getting help from the Help Centre assistant

  1. Type your question in the chat box.

  2. Receive instant answers based on our help articles.

  3. Ask follow-up questions as required in the same conversation.

  4. Get additional help by typing Get more help if the automated response doesn't fully resolve your issue.

Ending your Help Centre conversation

When you've received the help you need:

  1. Type That helped to indicate the assistant was useful.

  2. Provide a rating for the assistance you received.

  3. Leave feedback to help us improve the digital assistant.
