0:00 Hi there. I'm going to show you how to use the access digital assistant in your admin dashboard to get you help right where you need it most.

0:09 The admin area is now your go-to place for support and quick answers. You no longer need to leave your site to visit the support portal or wait for someone to be available.

0:20 To start, simply click the blue Access Digital Assistant icon in the bottom right corner. If you land on the Home tab, simply click Send us a message. However, often you will land on the welcome page. You'll have three options, report an issue, ask a question, or request a change.

0:42 We'll select I have a question. Here, type your question and the AI will respond instantly. For example, how do I add a menu item?

0:53 The AI will give you the best answer from our help centre. And if you see these reference numbers, click them to see the full source articles for more detail.

1:03 From here you can type that helped to rate the answer and provide feedback. Need more support? Ask follow-up questions to the AI or type talk to a person to connect with our support team.

1:17 So, with the digital assistant you get instant answers without waiting, and we're constantly improving the AI so it keeps getting better.

1:26 Plus, in the messenger widget, you have access to lots of useful tools and resources. Our help articles, a link to our value pathways, the help centre, status updates and many more, all right at your fingertips.

1:43 And as a reminder, type talk to a person to the AI if you want to get straight to a person.

1:50 Human support is still here. However, you now have a handy assistant available to help you whenever you need it. So make sure you try it out.

2:00 So, that's the Access Digital Assistant. Thank you for watching.
